(6)  TERMINATION & REFUND POLICY

All termination requests must be in writing and sent to Student’s 3C Health Coach. If Student is unable to reach Student’s 3C Health Coach or Student does not have Student’s 3C Health Coach’s email address, then Student shall email termination requests to help@thirdcovenant.com. The termination will be effective on the date Company receives Student’s written request. Fees and/or Services will continue to accrue until a written cancellation notice is received in accordance with this Agreement’s terms. Company will process refunds within 30 days from Company’s receipt of the written cancellation notice and all refunds will be refunded to the original method of purchase. This Agreement may be terminated by Company at any time, at the sole discretion of Company, for nonpayment of Fees, abusive or disruptive conduct or harassment, repeated missed appointments, repeated failure to follow the Program or suggestions, or fraud.

Termination within 14 days from Enrollment: Student may terminate this Agreement for a refund at any time during the first 14 days of enrollment or the Effective Date (whichever is sooner). If Student terminates this Agreement during the 14 days of enrollment or Effective Date, then Student shall be entitled to a refund equal to the lump sum of Fees Student paid less all sums due for shipped supplements and less the Services Student received. Such Services include, but are not limited to, consulting Services, coaching Services, Program classes, and/or provided educational material(s). This refund does not include a refund for products or supplements that have already shipped which are valued at approximately $1,046.60. Any attempt to return supplement products to Company will have no effect on Student’s refund.

Termination after 14 days from Enrollment: Student may terminate this Agreement for a partial refund at any time after the 14 days of enrollment or the Effective Date (whichever is sooner). If Student terminates this Agreement after the 14 days of enrollment or Effective Date, then Student shall be entitled to a refund equal to the lump sum of Fees Student paid less the cost of supplements valued at approximately $1,046.60 and less the prorated monthly amount based on the length of time Student participated in the program. Please note that there are no refunds for supplements and any attempt to return them to Company will have no effect on Student’s refund.

I, the Student to this Agreement, understand and acknowledge the above information regarding termination and the refund policy. I also acknowledge that I understand this and consent to participate in the Program. I understand this is Page Four of this Agreement and there are seven pages to this Agreement.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I UNDERSTAND IT.

By using your electronic signature, you, the Student, acknowledge and agree that it carries the same legal weight and validity as your handwritten signature. It serves as your authentic and binding endorsement and agreement on this electronic document, just as if you had physically signed this Agreement with pen and paper.
